| Introduction | Grace really is my middle name. I've always thought it utterly ironic, as grace is the last word I'd use to describe myself! I'm 50ish, have a chronic illness, and often am unable to manage the daily necessities - laundry, cooking, dishes. Getting dressed, getting out of bed. But I've learned some things: If the clothes are clean, you CAN wear them directly out of the laundry basket - they don't HAVE to take a trip to the dresser drawer first. And there are some fairly healthy ready made salads at the grocery store, too. So, what I mean is this: sometimes we have to compromise, to adapt, to (GULP!) accept change. Maybe not just ACCEPT it, but embrace it, to find the GRACE in it. This blog is the chronicle of my journey to embrace change, to find my grace and embrace it, to live fully.
