| Introduction | This decision is not easy, it's scary, the surgery is major, they are cutting my intestine and stomach, they are invading my space. my liver is being moved to reach my stomach, anything can happen. The only difference is that God is my savior and he is going to take care of me through all of this. I am the proud mom to 3 adult kids, 2 boys 1 girl. I have a new grandson and will soon have a new granddaughter. I am the oldest of four girls. 1 of my sisters had the surgery 3 yrs ago. Growing up w my gma we lived comfortably and there was always food, too much. My grandmother could not provide much but she always made sure I had food to eat, she didn't care what I ate but she criticized my size. I have been heavy my entire life except for drastic dieting, once was with Weight Watchers and the second time I took fen-phen and lost the weight. I hope to share my feelings through this journey but mostly my life with obesity through pictures and my triumph over obesity and on to a healthy life. |
| Interests | I love to read, I love to be on the pc, web surfing, blogging, talking to my WLS friends. I enjoy crocheting, playing pc games, watching good stuff on TV. I like movies, plays, music. spending time with my kids and grandbaby. |
