Try making up the rules to a game where you tie knots in a yo-yo string just to see if you can get them out:
First take a perfectly good yo-yo and start knotting the string. When you think you knotted it enough try to yo-yo. (If it still works then knot it some more.) Then when (and only when) it is totally, hopelessly tangled try to unknot it as fast as you can. Have a friend time you and when you are done let your friend try. Whoever can undo it the fastest wins!
