| Introduction | I'm a single professional who after 10 years of practicing tax law found myself laid off in a foreign country and unable to find another job. So I packed it in and moved to Los Angeles, where I have to take the CA bar exam or figure out what else to do. I'm hoping that I will someday be able to say that I used to be a tax lawyer. I started this blog as a way to vent about starting over at 40 in a new city while adjusting to being back home in the US and trying to make my savings last as long as possible. |
