| Introduction | I lived in London from 97 till last year. Im loving it here in Cape Town and feel like im home. I do Stand Up comedy all over South Africa. I run my own series of gigs called "get up stand up" and do regular one-man shows across South Africa. I did over 650 shows in the UK including sold out shows at Edinburgh Festival at the Pleasance in 1995. I managed to mc and perform at all the big clubs, including the Comedy Store, Jongleurs, The Stand, Jesters, Banana Cabararet, Up the Creek, Bearcat etc. I have a dog called Frieda. She is a black labrador. Sweet as tuppence. We got off exploring hardy boys style up the back of table mountain pretty much every day. I imagine its just a question of time till we find a corpse. |
