| Introduction | I am an actor/theatre/performance artist. I studied film and experiemtal theatre at Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. In the fall and winter of my Senior year I created and performed original theatrical happenings in public spaces and the stage. I am interested in the concept of art as ritual, and performance as part of everyday life. My public performances aim at drawing the average passerby and work-a-day bussinessman to pay attention the their surroundings. I wish to bring people out of their everyday monotony by adding the element of spontineity to their life. I will attempt to document each performance on this blog by providing production stills, drawings, reflections, statements, among other things for people to read and comment on. I am currently working at the Ontological-Hysteric Theater as an intern on Richard Foreman's upcoming production Astronome: A Night at the Opera. |
