Introduction	I'm a 29 year old mom who realised she had about 50 pounds to lose! I have a successful career and 2 1/2 year old son who keeps me busy too! For the past 8 months I've been going through a tough life-style change and have realised I need a place to put my thoughts, feelings and frustrations throughout this process; I have 20 pounds to go!
