| Introduction | Aplimentec Foundation was founded in Liquica on May 2001. The main focus is rural areas development in Timor Leste with three priority programs such: Water Supply, Sanitation and Natural Resource Management. Aplimentec mission is intended to develop and empower the community in rural areas with a simple technology applied through local capabilities and self awareness. Aplimentec registered in FONTIL (National NGO Forum) in 2002. |
