Introduction	Maria Langer is a freelance writer and helicopter pilot based in Wickenburg, AZ. The author of over 70 books and hundreds of articles since 1992, Maria writes primarily about Macintosh computing, although she will write a Windows book when her editors twist her arm (or dangle a nice advance check). Maria has been flying helicopters since 1998 and is the owner/operator of Flying M Air, a helicopter tour and charter company.
