Introduction	Cincinnati Change's 1st Vice-Chairman is expected to perform those duties assigned as the organizations Chief Operational Auditor and Sergeant at Arms for the organization. The 1st Vice Chairman is a member of The Cincinnati Change Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors and shall serve in this position till his death or resignation. He shall serve as the organizations parliamentarian and shall be appointed by the Chairman to maintain order and proper conduct of meetings according to parliamentary procedures in the most recent edition of Roberts Rules of Order.
