| Introduction | I can imagine you are on the edge of your seat just wanting to hear all about "me"! I've had quite an unusual life. Certainly not boring. I hope my experiences can make a difference to others. For now, I will keep things simple. I am originally from Newfoundland Canada. I live in the Bayou State of Louisiana with my wonderful husband, Mike. We have 5 children between us. I have a lot of interests, I hope you will find them interesting too. Hopefully some of the things I have learned and experienced will be a benefit to you. I love health and FOOD! Who doesnt like food?! Yum! But we will talk about food that is healthy (but doesnt taste like it! Yippee!) I love skin care! For 2 years I have been delving into studying and researching skin care and making my own soaps, lotions, etc. I am going to share with you about that. And most importantly is relationships. I hope what I will share with you will illuminate your life in many ways. I hope you being here will be a blessing to you.
