| Introduction | I am a staff member at Great Oaks Community Church in Germantown Hills, IL. An avid student of leadership and organizational development, I have just recently joined the staff of GOCC to lead and develop their adult small group program. I will also have the opportunity to serve as one of the teaching pastors during the weekend services. I have earned a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University in 1996 and an M.A. in Leadership from Lincoln Christian Seminary in 2004. My wife, Karen, and I have been married for 12 years. We have two children, Ethan and Morgan. In addition to reading and spending time with my family, I enjoy backpacking, camping, whitewater rafting, and many other outdoor activities. My favorite activity at this time is taking my kids for nature walks whenever possible. |
