Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
If one considers a turtle's shell to be clothing, then a turtle would have to be out of its shell to be naked. However, the turtle wouldn't last very long that way. This is in contrast to humans, who seem to need to break out of their figurative shells every once in a while in order to feel alive.
