| Introduction | Hello! My name is Maranda Duval (Mandy) and this year, I will be studying abroad in Tanzania, India, New Zealand, and Mexico with International Honors Program. Along with 25 other students, I will be studying the political, social, cultural, economic, and environmental impacts of globalization and development. When I'm not journeying across the globe, I'm an environmental studies major at Skidmore College. While at school, I'm one of the musical directors for the co-ed a cappella group Drastic Measures. I also work as an Eco-Rep (an environmental educator of sorts) and as a student assistant in the Office of Student Academic Services. Other than that, I enjoy artistic endeavors of many kinds, cooking, laughing, libraries, contra dances, reading, gardens, and boardgames. |
