Introduction	I guess I'm a bit of a rarity in the model making world being a woman. But a model maker I am. You can blame my father who was also a model maker who sat me on his knee and taught me how to build models. No wonder I got the bug. I've built most subjects over the years from the old Aurora Monster kits to Free Flight Balsa Gliders, but my favourite? World War II subjects and I tend to build them in 1:72 and 1:32 scales. This is not to say I don't build in other scales or other subjects. I try to have fun, after this is just a hobby!
