Introduction	What can I say about myself? I'm currently swirling around in the mental health system, bouncing between diagnoses of various mental health conditions. This blog is just a way for me to shout and scream about the absurdity of it all. This blog is very much a sounding board so please, if you don't like what's written, don't read it!!
