Introduction	Thanks to my amazing wife and her well paying career, I'm able to be a stay at home dad to our son. I may not be contributing financially (which is still something that I mentally battle myself with daily), but I'm able to make sure the wife comes home to a clean house, a well raised kid, and a good dinner. Which is where this blog comes in. I tried doing the whole food blog thing before, but I never updated it. So hopefully this description of who I am isn't the only thing that I put time into here. I'm not expecting anyone outside my circle of internet friends to linger around here long. Although I may have a few tricks up my sleeve in the kitchen, I'm not God's gift to food blogs. So whatever it is you find here I hope you enjoy it.
