| Introduction | I was married to Karla Gunter on Oct 19th, 1986. We have four children, Matthew 21, Robert 19, Andrew 15 and Katie 13. In 1992 I attended a Promised Keepers gathering in Boulder, Colorado, this radically changed my life. It was there that I began following Jesus. In 1995 I became the Associate Pastor at Pilgrims Rest church in Fairdealing Missouri. Then we became members of Living Word Baptist Church. During a one-week mission trip to the Republic of Moldova in June of 2002 the Lord called me and my wife to full time missions. On May 8th, 2003 my family and I arrived as church planters with the International Mission Board. I was ordained as a Southern Baptist Pastor on August 22, 2004 and also currently a senior and working on my degree in religion at Liberty University via distance learning. We are members of Living Word Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff Missouri. We were appointed as full time missionaries January 31st, 2007. |
