| Introduction | Hello to whomever is reading this! I'm the mom of an extremely active little boy. I used to teach middle school & run a youth group. A LONG time ago I dreamed of becoming an art teacher but the college I attended was small and didn't really offer much in that department. Over time, I lost touch with whatever talents & training I had but not the passion to experiment and see what I really like to do when I have a chance. I also want to delve more into my faith and keep in touch with God's word - hence my second goal. One supports the other here. I'm looking forward to involving my son in quite a few of these projects too. My husband's been a great support in this - he's beginning his own 365 day creativity by blogging a limerick a day. He gets a kick out of limericks! So begins our family endeavor. Thanks Noah Scalin for your Creativity Journal - it was the final kick in the tush I needed! :) |
