| Introduction | A "babe" to nursing, I have only been a nurse a little over 2 years, and though I love it and could imagine myself doing nothing else, I am already one of the "blighted". I primarily work in the ER of a level 1 trauma center, but I also moonight in a cardiac surgery ICU to keep my certs. Have to work nights, too many chiefs during the day and I am a huge feather ruffler. I have a skewed and sarcastic sense of humor, and laugh at hugely inappropriate times. I have a roaring case of foot in mouth disease and despite aggressive medical treatment have made little progress. Even newer to blogging than to nursing, hopefully I will not fall on my face. |

| Favorite books | I better go with authors here, James Patterson, Nicholas Sparks, patricia Cornwell, Mary Higgins Clark, Greg Iles, Jonathan Kellerman, John Lescroart, Perri Oshaughnessy, Lisa Jackson, John Grisham, John Sanderson and the Lemony Snicket series, Eragon Series, and the Harry Potter series. I am sure I forgot some, but it gives you an idea. |
Whoops! Your tongue is now a magnet. Whatever will you use for silverware?
The same thing I use now, my hands. Eating is a luxury in our ER, much less eating with silverware. Although I would have to be sure none of my dates had ICDS or pacemakers, being sexy could lead to some awful complications......
