| Introduction | I am a retired geology professor. My wife died in 2011of ovarian cancer. Since that time my over-riding purpose in life has been to fight back against that cruel disease. I write a blog devoted to that effort, which you can read by Googling “Myrl’sBlog”. Another blog (“Frivolities”) is intended to give me a break from too much contemplation of what I regard as evil. I plan to write about fun stuff here; serious stuff will appear in Myrl’sBlog, as usual. |
