| Introduction | In a nutshell: I’m an architect and I’m ALL about aesthetics. I LOVE eye candy: CGI, special FX, beautiful women etc. (not necessarily in this order). I especially appreciate the look and feel of miniatures in a diorama or on a tabletop battlefield. I was gaming in the ‘80s till the mid ‘90s and resumed again in ‘05 after a lull of 10 years. During that lull I dabbled in N scale MRR b/c of the cool visuals of a well ‘scenicked’ layout in magazines. But no matter how sexy it looked there was something missing. That ‘something’ was anything military: tanks, planes, soldiers and battles. You get the picture. So, I finally came to terms with myself of being a wet Egyptian (ahem, in DENIAL). I just needed to get back into this GREAT hobby. Like most gamers I’m ADD and my areas of interest cover a wide range of periods and scales. I do everything from Ancients to Zombies and everything and anything in between that catches my eye. |
