| Introduction | My name is Richard, I live in Norway. I am in the mid-thirties and consider myself an active kind of guy. I race bikes from time to time but I'm more a recreational rider who rides for the training and for fun. Full time job, lovely wife and a beautiful daughter. As I mentioned I'm not a very experienced rider. I love riding my bike for recreational rides and for training. Competing has and will take place, but sporadic.
