Introduction	Growing up in south Louisiana, I have lived in an area with the greatest natural pantry in the country. Add to that my lessons from some of the greatest home cooks ever (my parents) and my love of eating, and I can't help but be a good cook. I have never been one who believes in secret family recipes. Recipes, like love and a testimony of Christ, are meant to be shared. I would be proud of anyone who takes my recipes and makes them their own by adding a twist, etc. It is all for fun, love and hungry appetites.
