Introduction	Jan Aylsworth applies an evidence-based approach in training key organizational stakeholders to think critically about cross-cultural business issues and decisions. She holds a master’s in organizational psychology from the University of London’s International Programmes. She is an associate member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and a member of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP). Her experience in the corporate world includes 20+ years writing and managing corporate communications projects. Her publication The Cultural Psyche of India: Guidance for the U.S. Marketer is available for Kindle download at amazon.com. She is also the author of "Downsizing, Stress and Forgiveness: A U.S. Perspective," a chapter appearing in The Human Side of Outsourcing (John Wiley & Sons), published in 2009 in the United Kingdom.
