| Introduction | I've been loving cheese from day one. Whether it was stealing the cubes of cheddar under my father's knife while trying to make the Wednesday night macaroni and cheese, seconds away from losing a finger. Or spending the lunch hour in elementary school shaping the red wax of my Baby Bel into different letters of my name, cheese has always been a passion and close friend of mine. Of course my taste has matured and I am now on the search for some of the best cheeses in the world. I will soon be opening a cheese shop and while researching cheese (and wine) I will be blogging about my experiences and hoping for some feedback and other cheese stories. What is your favorite cheese? Where do you go to buy your cheese? What are you drinking with each cheese? I would love to know.
