| Introduction | I am a wife and mother first. I have been Personal Trainer since 2010. I love helping people change their lives thru diet and exercise. I have struggled with my weight since I was in 5th grade and I have learned to love exercising as an adult. I also love to cook and to eat. I am always trying to make food as healthy and nutrient dense as possible while keeping it delicious.
