My job is to keep him motivated to continue and to edit out the inevitable repetitions (GPT likes to add the same phrase or paragraph several times in a story.) I asked him how he would like to be credited, and he chose the name Assistant. I assure you, that is actually my role: human assistant to a computer storytelling genius.
