| Introduction | It is important for us, as followers of Christ, to reach out to others and be a blessing to each other. God’s word says, Hebrews 3:13, "But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sins deceitfulness." The purpose is three-fold: 1)Make cards to bring encouragement to others. 2)Learn HOW to be an encouragement to others. 3)To BE encouraged, so that we can encourage others. We will meet once a month to make a variety of cards to keep on hand to send to those who need encouragement. We will keep our eyes and ears open for opportunities to bless others with a written word of encouragement. We will be open to learning how to be a better encourager to those around us. |
