| Introduction | “Do not sing… Do not sing to the Lord especially with your whole heart.”
This was the lie that the enemy has been telling me for quite awhile now. I’ve succumbed to this lie, doing ministry yet not singing with my whole heart. When I would be afraid, I’d shut my mouth. My mouth wouldn't sing. It wouldn't sing of how great God is. I would just sit and do nothing.
But it’s different now. I will sing. I will choose to sing for my God. This is the God that I serve, and He deserves nothing less than my everything. I will sing about His marvelous deeds. I will declare to the world who my God is. I will declare that I was once lost, broken, chained, full of shame and sorrow, depressed and ill, but because of what Jesus has done for me, I am now found, made whole, free, confident in the Lord, full of joy and healed! This blog is for Christian compositions and is open for submissions from other people. Music is so influential, and the aim of this blog is to influence you with music that screams about God. In whatever situation, we will choose to sing. Read, listen, be blessed. :) |
