About me

Introduction	My husband is a religion professor and me, why I am a heretic of course. And proud of it. I come from a long line of heretics. For you see, many uninformed people believe that a heretic is someone who doesn’t believe in God. Not necessarily so. A heretic is one who seeks God for herself, not being content to follow the rules and regulations of an established religion, but to test the boundaries and verify that indeed what she is being told is truly the voice of God rather than the rhetoric of man. I hope to always join the long line of heretics, from Martin Luther, to Joan of Arc, and the biggest heretic of them all, Jesus Christ. Now, if you find inspiration in the following blogs, sometimes deep, sometimes silly, but hopefully always thought provoking, yea. If not, that’s fine too. If you have wonderful words of encouragement to express please leave a comment. If you only want to gripe or argue start your own blog, because you won't change my mind and I really don't need anymore toxic people in my life. So, use your own heart, soul and discernment while making your own choices and I hope you too join God’s group of heretics.
