Introduction	The great Lisa/Laurel cooking adventure began in 2001 during our freshman year of college when our repertoire was limited to what we could make in a toaster oven, a microwave, and a hotpot. After graduating and moving to cities 200+ miles apart, we have relied on the wonderful world of email to share and compare our fabulous culinary creations. With the desire to collect a wide variety of scrumptious vegetarian recipes and compile them in one accessible location, we started this blog -- and we've been sharing our gastronomic exploits with each other and with the world ever since.
