| Introduction | I have been cooking since I was old enough to be in the kitchen. I am grateful to my mom who did not dissuade me from experimenting in the kitchen. The only rule was, I had to clean up my messes. I am Italian so come by the love of food honestly. I have eight kids who also come by the love of food honestly--some a little more honestly than others. After many phone calls, as the kids moved away, requesting recipes, I finally compiled a family cookbook which has inspired this blog. |
