| Introduction | Walter is currently a Bonsai Instructor and founder of the ShoChiku Bai Bonsai Club. He has studied the art and cultivation of Bonsai for over 25 years under the direction of Bonsai Master Akira Kimura. Over the last decade, Walter's unique creations have been featured in the San Fernando Valley Obon Festival's Bonsai Exhibition. Walter has also designed and handcrafted one-of-a-kind furniture and art made from recycled wood and trees that have fallen due to the forces of nature. Originally from the forest-covered hills and mountains of Southern Austria, Walter brings his love of nature and his memories of the Karawanken Mountains of the Eastern Alps into his designs. |
