| Introduction | I’m Louie, a 21-year old amateur writer and a shutterbug wannabe armed with self-deprecating humor and idealism on the ups and downs of living in a third world. I’m blogging from the Palm City of the Philippines and the Music Capital of Mindanao — Tagum City. I am currently a writer at the City Information Office where I cover events happening in the city and sometimes rub elbows with bigwigs over lunch or dinner.
