| Introduction | In the spring of 2008 Deanna became a new member of the Delta Gamma sorority at the Univ. of Maryland where she met Emma, her anchormat and they became fast friends. Emma, a senior while Deanna was a freshman, took Deanna under her wing and treated her like a true sister. Emma even introduced her (then) boyfriend’s, (now) fiancé’s brother to Deanna and they’ve been dating ever since! Not only are we friends and a sorority family, but we date the same family, too! After a very fun semester together in college, Emma graduated and moved away, but we have never lost touch. Although we now live on different ends of the Earth (and in totally opposite time zones) we use this blog to keep in touch and up to date on each other's lives. Emma currently lives in Hawaii where her fiancé, JJ, is stationed with the military and as though Hawaii and Maryland weren't far enough apart, Deanna is now studying Spanish in Spain. No distance has seemed to falter our relationship and we really enjoy sharing these photo memories with each other -- we hope you enjoy them too! |
