| Introduction | Jeff is the lead pastor with the very gifted and talented staff, and the awesome congregation of Flushing United Methodist Church in Flushing, Michigan. Jeff began an intentional relationship with God through Jesus Christ in 1977 and felt a call to the ordained ministry in 1985. Jeff is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary and has served Christ and the church as the associate pastor of First United Methodist Church of Port Huron, and as pastor of Heritage United Methodist Church in Snover, Michigan, and of Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church in Grayling, Michigan. Jeff married waaay outside his league to Keri who is a gifted teacher at Flushing Middle School. They have two children. Jeff has a passion for discipling people to grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and to respond to God's grace in their life by offering themselves in worship and ministry. Jeff is also passionate about cooking and music and his wife and kids...not necessarily in that order. When Jeff isn't writng, preaching, praying, studying, cooking or playing the guitar - he is probably sleeping and dreaming about traveling. |
