About me

Introduction	I myself am from the Chandraseniya Kayastha Prabhu community of Maharashtra. On exploring about the history and culture of my community I realized that academic historical sources are a treasure of knowledge regarding our history and culture. Unfortunately no Chandraseniya Kayastha Prabhu blog (which can be counted on fingers) bothers to mention much about it except passing references to one phase of our migration from Mandugad in Malwa to Maharashtra in 14th century. Hence I have decided to share our recorded history along with that of castes related to us such as Pathare Prabhus, Pattegar Khatris and Gaud Saraswat Brahmins, from reputed sources on this blog.
