| Introduction | I am a mom of two great little girls, a happy wife (yes that part came at least 9 months before said daughters) and just trying to figure it all out without the owners manual. The name of my blog fits for many reasons. Have you ever gotten something in the mail and either due to hectic lifestyles or unintelligent warehouse clerks, whatever shows up on your doorstep is a matter of bafflement? That's how I feel about life sometimes. The good thing is that for me, I can say that the surprises have, for the most part, been wonderful ones. In further explanation of the Blog title: 1) I'm not sure how life ended up here. Don't get me wrong, its a great life. Just not the one the 18-year-old me expected and not at all what was planned. 2) I do tend to love shopping and during vigorous bouts of holiday or bonus time shopping I have been known to receive a package I completely forgot I ordered. My husband really loves it when that happens. 3) From time to time, at 2:00am when the teething monster hits, or the boogy man shows his scary face, or a mystery noise interrupts peaceful slumber and replaces it with an inconsolable little one, I do wonder: When Did I Order This? |
