| Introduction | The website is a forum for me to share pictures, stories, news, and whatever else is on my mind to keep our friends and family updated about our lives down here in south Florida. As you will see, I also use it to get the word out on topics that are close to my heart, such as healthy eating and the environment. I try to get a new blog up at least once a week.
