Introduction	Chandni Tugnait Training Consultancy’s founder Chandni Tugnait, a Post Graduate in International Business Operations and a Certified Trainer from American TESOL Institute has been actively involved in developing client base, identifying skill gaps and thereby training needs for organizations for a better performing workforce. She has conducted high-end programs for companies to bring about terminal changes that increased work productivity. She has provided effective carry-over Plans for companies for continuous quality check that accelerated business profits and saved time and money. Chandni has worked with reputed training organizations including Indian Institute of Financial Planning (IIFP), NIIT Ltd., Hero Mindmine, HCL, American Cultural Association, Sterling & Wilson, Jain TV, Airtel and Ministry of External Affairs, to name a few. She has also provided Communication Training along with Interview Handling Techniques to some of the reputed colleges in Delhi. With more than 7 years of Teaching and Training experience Chandni has served in various Industries and different verticals of the Corporate.
