Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
If you removed his shell, the turtle would be naked. But the shell is actually attached to them at the spine and is essentially an extension of their ribs so it would most likely kill them I think. Well I know that it would be incredibly painful for them and probably not a good idea.
