Introduction	Hi all. I'm 46 yrs. old, 5'6" tall. Started this protocol at 200 lbs. on Thanksgiving 2008. Hoping to make goal after R2. I have asthma and sleep apnea that I hope can be cured through weight loss. Need to lose the extra poundage so I can get healthy and enjoy a long life with my family.

Favorite movies	I like romantic comedies, comedies, and suspense movies
Favorite music	My favorite is country, but I basically like all music with the exception of the blues (too depressing for me)
Favorite books	Bible, The Five People You Meet in Heaven, The Stephanie Plum series, etc. (avid reader)
