| Introduction | I serve as an intern at a church in Athens. I work with the children's ministry, women's ministry, college women, and the homeless and needy. I am coming to understand that God takes great delight in forgiving us. His delight does not, as I used to think, come from the fact that He has pointed out our sin to us. Rather His delight is in the fact that when we allow Him to forgive us His great mercy is revealed to the world. When we give Him permission to forgive us He is then able to cover our sins with His mercy which is also known as the Blood of Jesus. How Amazing my God is! |
