I'm looking forward to my golden years healthier than I've been my whole life. Eating healthy, exercising, and good friends has changed my life. I look forward to everyday with a smile on my face and a song in my heart. This is an amazing journey. I'm finally able to start doing all the things my weight kept me from enjoying. I now walk 2 plus miles everyday and I'm loving it.
