| Introduction | A passionate cyclist in Toronto, Canada. An avid 4-season biker through the winter months. Being on my bike is very soothing and refreshing. I am a teacher of the Alexander Technique and in my training I did a lot of work with my bicycle, transforming it to its optimal performance. I have been on a few days trip before, but this idea grew from my love for traveling and biking. Gandhi once said: "Be the change you wish to see in the world." I want to change the way we relate to the planet on our day to day - what we do has an impact on mother Earth! By making positive changes in our lives, we can empower people around us to change as well, and so on... I believe that this is how there will be any significant improvement of our Planet health.
