| Introduction | Hi, I have bipolar disorder with anxiety and have learned through research and experience how to live and deal with depression, mania, and anxiety. Most doctors will prescribe you medication and therapy and send you on your way. However, medication and therapy doesn't work for everyone and these often aren't enough on their own to make you feel good. There are many other ways to deal with these illnesses and the more coping strategies you have the better off you are. I don't want people with mood disorders and anxiety to just survive, I want you to live happy and productive lives. |
