Introduction	Assuming my role of leadership in family life, the civilian work-place, and in the military has been the scariest and most rewarding decision to date. I cannot fail simply because I have already exceeded expectations. This revelation has been an epic part of my inner-success, which is arguably the most important kind, that is, having a clear understanding of the most undiluted definition of the term "success". This site was created out of a selfish desire for self-improvement through contemplation, meditation, and articulation using literary composition, without the distraction of the stigmas associated with other social networking sites.
