| Introduction | Once upon a time, in the beautiful state of North Carolina, there was a soldier named Adam and a college student named Erin. They were set up at a wedding as accompanying groomsman and bridesmaid, and, well, the rest is history. After a cold, snowy wedding day in Minnesota in January of 2003, they up and moved to Chicago. Adam put Erin through grad school, then she got a job as an orthopedic Physician Assistant. While she was working to put Adam through college, they had 2 beautiful children.
