Introduction	I am a simple country girl living in the (not so big) city but dreaming of making a new life on the Georgia coast. I have had a successful 25-year career in politics and public relations but have long harbored a dream of turning my love of beach and cottage design into a new career for my second life as a quiet beach dweller somewhere on the southeast coast, TBD. This blog is devoted to chronicling my journey from a burned out PR lackey to someone who helps brings adorable little beach cottages (even those in the city)and myself back to life. And it's all been inspired by my 2010 vacation to the most adorable spot on earth: Tybee Island, Georgia.
